Certain specific terms used in this document carry defined meanings, which are described below.

"Platform"

The xb baji website and mobile application together are referred to as the "Platform". Sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other features are provided through this platform.

"User" or "Member"

Anyone who has created an account on xb baji and is using the platform's services will be referred to as a "User" or "Member".

"Bet" or "Wager"

The act of placing money at risk on the outcome of a sports event or casino game is referred to as a "Bet".

"Wallet"

The digital balance storage linked to each registered member's account is referred to as a "Wallet", where deposits, bonuses, and winnings are held.

To create an account on xb baji, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each individual may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The name, address, mobile number, and email provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone else or in another person's name is prohibited.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. The member is solely responsible for any issues arising from sharing this information with a third party.
• No false or fictitious identity may be used when creating an account.

xb baji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or Birth Registration Certificate.
• Passport or Driving Licence.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Documents required to verify the payment method.

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time upon request, xb baji has the right to suspend the withdrawal request or temporarily close the account. This verification process is conducted to ensure the security of user information and to prevent unlawful activity.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at xb baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Payments made through or in the name of a third party are not accepted.
• Deposited funds may be used once they have been credited to the account.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue, please notify the xb baji support team.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits; however, fees charged by the payment provider may apply.

The following rules must be followed when withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held up if identity verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be fulfilled (see Section 6).
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, xb baji may place a withdrawal request on hold while an investigation is conducted.

xb baji offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are stated in the details of that offer.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a total of ৳25,000 in wagering must be completed for a ৳1,000 bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — the games or categories specified in the terms of the particular bonus.
• Bonus funds are not cash; they may only be used for placing bets.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated in specific terms.
• If a bonus offer is misused or an attempt is made to fulfil conditions through artificial means, the bonus will be cancelled.
• xb baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer.

The following rules apply to sports betting and casino games on xb baji:

Sports Betting

• Each bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the case of live betting, any bet already accepted will remain valid if the internet connection is lost.
• If one event in a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the result of the remaining bets will apply.

Casino Games

• Each game has its own rules; players should read them before starting a game.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and verifiable.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the result of any fully processed round will stand.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xb baji platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and all associated funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Attempting to claim bonus or promotional benefits through artificial means.
• Using another person's account credentials or conducting transactions using a third party's identity.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively towards other members or staff.

xb baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified time.
• Suspicious financial transactions or betting patterns.
• Evidence of an account being created with false information.
• As directed by legal authorities.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time. Any verified balance (after all wagering requirements have been met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

xb baji believes that betting and gaming should be a controlled and enjoyable activity. The platform encourages users to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

• Play within your personal budget; never bet with borrowed money.
• Avoid placing more bets to try to recover losses.
• Use deposit limits, session limits, or self-break options — contact the support team to do so.
• If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, the option to temporarily exclude yourself (Self-Exclusion) is available.
• Family members should remain alert to ensure that minors do not access the platform.

• Personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared under legal obligations or with the member's consent.
• Members may request to view or correct their stored information.

If a technical error occurs on the platform for any reason, xb baji will handle the situation in the following manner:

• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a server error, that bet will be cancelled and the stake will be refunded.
• If there is a display error in the game, the result recorded on the server will be considered final.
• If a double charge occurs due to a payment processing error, it will be resolved promptly.
• Platform maintenance schedules will be announced in advance, and any bets active during that time will be settled appropriately.

• Issues caused by the user's internet disconnection or device failure.
• Issues caused by third-party game or software providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
• Losses resulting from a member's login credentials being disclosed to a third party.

• The changes will be clearly announced on the platform.
